Ordering & Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, both online and in our retail shops. Visa and Amex Gift Cards are accepted as well.

How can I track my order status?

A confirmation email will be sent once we receive your order. Upon shipment and delivery you will also receive an email with tracking and delivery confirmation. By logging into your account, you can track the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order is processed. Send us a note as soon as possible at customerservice@figue.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Orders are Final Sale. 

In what states do you collect sales tax?

In accordance with current tax regulations, Figue collects and remits sales tax in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Wisconsin. Your shipping address is used to determine the sales tax rate.

Shipping

How long will my item(s) take to ship?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. Orders may arrive in multiple packages. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you want to double-check your order status, please log into your customer account.

Will I be notified once my item(s) ships?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

What if my package is lost?

Package has not been delivered? Reach out! customerservice@figue.com

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

How much are shipping costs?

Domestic:

UPS Ground (allow for 1-2 days processing) orders under $350: $10

UPS Ground (allow for 1-2 days processing) orders over $350: Free

UPS 2-Day (allow for 1-2 days processing): $30

UPS Next Day (allow for 1-2 days processing): $55

UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $50

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

International:

International Shipping is a flat fee of $120 for UPS Ground Shipping

Canada is a flat fee of $75 for UPS Ground Shipping

All duties and taxes will be an additional charge to the recipient upon arrival to the destination country. The cost of duties and taxes is determined by the recipient’s country. Any unpaid duties and taxes will result in the package being returned to our warehouse. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for any returned shipments that were unable to be delivered.

International orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks from order date. Figue is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

How does Figue product fit?

We run true to size, however if you are in between sizes, our silhouettes can be very forgiving and recommend sizing down.

Is there anywhere I can try on Figue?

Yes! Clients may shop in our New York City studio. Please email clientservices@figue.com or call 212-219-8954.

How should I care for my Figue garments?

Due to the quality of the fabric, we recommend that all of our pieces be dry cleaned only.

Where is Figue produced?

Currently, we manufacture in India and China. When selecting our partners, we prioritize working with talented artisans around the world to ensure quality, compliance to workers' safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to helping the global community.

Are your materials and fabrics sustainably sourced?

We work with specialists around the globe to make sure we produce the highest quality, ethically responsible textiles. Wherever there is opportunity, we try to recycle materials and minimize waste.

What is Figue doing to better the planet?

Figue is committed to bettering the planet through our use of recycled fabrics and materials. We up-cycle vintage pieces and glamorize them, while ensuring that new production generates minimal waste. Our extra fabric from production is used to make shoe and jewelry bags and all shipping materials and shopping bags are made of 100% recycled paper.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 28 days of purchase. Please return items in the condition in which they were received.

Please note: $8 will be deducted from your return sent using our prepaid UPS label.

Merchandise that is marked down more than 55% or marked "Final Sale" on our website are not eligible for return.

International Orders are Final Sale.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I process a return?

To request a return, please go to returns.figue.com, enter the email address used to place your order and follow the instructions to receive a return label.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once an item is received and processed at our warehouse, the refunded amount can take up to a week to appear on your credit card, depending on your bank.
