For when you want to blend summer chic and carefree comfort, the Millie Dress gives you everything you need. We took a few of our favorite accents--avant-garde adjustable rope tie shoulders, the beaded smash pom details--and turned them into a head-turning treat for the street. We smothered the top in smocking to create a figure-flattering drop waist and used a flowing, fall-below-the-knee skirt on the bottom that shows off a little bit of leg and a lotta bit of that Paisley Fleur print perfection.
